All of our custom made products are created fully or in part based on information specific to each individual customer thus have no resell value. As a result, we will NOT ACCEPT the return of such products. CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel the transaction, please feel free to contact us at contact@cikers.com within 24 hours after your purchase.Normally, we will start to design and produce your customized product 24 hours after your order is placed. Your order cannot be canceled or refunded onceit has been shipped.

All items are handcrafted and customized with care, therefore, we don’t acceptrefundon the products unless the fault was ours (e.g. the customized name/photo is wrong, the size/color is wrong, damaged upon arrival).If a refund is applicable, pleasesend us an email to contact@cikers.com.

Where can I print on this jersey?
As you design, you can add logos, artwork, team badges and sponsors to the full front, left and right chest of the jersey, as well as each player’s name and number on the back. All customization is included in the price.
Can I order just one basketball jersey?
Yes. You can order even one custom basketball jersey that makes it easy for you to get individual jerseys for new team players. However, when you make a bulk order, our discounts are applied – the more you order, the more you save.
